Drag across the video frame to draw a new crop box. Move the box or resize it from any edge or corner handle; keyboard arrow controls and synchronized percentage fields provide accessible fine adjustment.
Drag the rotation handle above the preview for free-angle rotation, use arrow keys for precise adjustments, type a custom angle, or choose 90°, 180°, and 270° presets. Every method updates the same live preview immediately.
Centered aspect-ratio presets cover common widescreen, vertical video, square post, and portrait post shapes. Percentage fields allow a custom left edge, top edge, width, and height while validation keeps the crop inside the source frame.
The export menu lists the MP4 H.264 and WebM VP9, VP8, or browser-default encoders actually available on the current device. Unsupported formats are not offered, avoiding downloads the browser cannot create reliably.
The browser draws every cropped and rotated frame to a canvas and records that canvas in real time. The result is a genuinely transformed video rather than a metadata-only orientation change.
Audio is retained only when the browser can expose the source audio track to MediaRecorder. Input support depends on whether the browser can decode the codecs inside the selected MP4, WebM, MOV, or other container.
