Frequently asked questions
Why are no native fields highlighted?
The PDF may be a flat scan or visually drawn form. Select Text, Signature, or Image and place content directly instead.
Can I fill checkboxes and dropdowns?
Yes when those controls are standard PDF fields; they appear over the document at their saved coordinates.
What does flatten filled fields do?
It makes native field values part of the saved page and removes their ordinary editability.
Does the tool add a legal digital signature?
No. It adds a visual signature; cryptographic certificate signing is not provided.
