Does darkening make text bold?
No. The darkening control changes the tone of existing pixels. It does not draw new pixels around letters, change the font, or expand the text shape.
Can this tool recover severely blurred or pixelated text?
It can improve contrast and edge definition when useful detail remains. It cannot reliably reconstruct characters that were removed by heavy blur, extreme compression, glare, or very low resolution.
Is this an OCR tool?
No. It enhances the image itself and keeps the text as pixels. Use Image to Text when you need editable English text from a readable source image.
